5.1 Sole Use. Your 90j account is strictly for your personal use only. You must not share your login credentials — including your password and two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
5.2 Password Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. 90j recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 90j will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel outside of the secure login page.
5.3 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your 90j account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify 90j's support team immediately. 90j shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
5.4 Account Sharing Prohibition. Sharing your account with another person, or allowing another person to use your account credentials to wager on your behalf, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 90j accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay/PESONet), CLiQQ (7-Eleven), USDT (TRC20), and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 90j is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.
6.3 Own Funds and Own Methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including but not limited to accounts belonging to family members, friends, or payment intermediaries — are prohibited and may be subject to return and account investigation.
6.4 Deposit Processing. 90j processes deposits in real time for GCash, Maya, and supported e-wallet methods. 6.5 Currency. All accounts on 90j are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be processed once KYC verification has been completed on your account. 90j reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests that exceed internal thresholds.
7.2 Withdrawal to Own Method. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your KYC identity on file. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited without exception.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party service disruptions may result in temporary platform unavailability.
13.2 No Warranty. The 90j platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90j disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 90j's aggregate liability to any Player for any direct damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 90j account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Consequential Damages. 90j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 90j platform.
14.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally. Players are encouraged to contact 90j's support team in the first instance. 90j will use reasonable efforts to address complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — 90j will provide advance notice of no less than 14 calendar days via registered email and/or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be implemented without prior notice.
Your continued use of the 90j platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the 90j support team.
